REGISTRATION

  · All registration are held at the CCNAPI Office. You will be given a PREREGISTRATION FORM     in which you  have to fill out, signed and be given to the CCNAPI Staff. 

  · Kindly read carefully the HOUSE RULES: IMPORTANT REMINDERS, being signing.

  · These rules will be implemented once you have signed the form.
